The old hard plastic reservoirs have been replaced by hydroponic reservoirs in recent years. Although they are incredibly durable, they are also incredibly simple to travel and fit in tight spaces because they can be folded up to a tiny fraction of their original size. When not in use, they also occupy very little storage space.
